South Hills Yoga specializes in healing yoga for individuals,
families, and groups. In addition to our focused, personalized
private
sessions, we offer the following group yoga classes
this Winter (see below):
Private
Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy
Ongoing, Convenient Times Available Seven Days
a Week
One-on-One Focused Yoga for your Individual Goals and
Needs. Especially for Individuals, Families, Beginners,
Anyone with Limited Mobility, Injury, Chronic Illness,
Pain, or Anyone who seeks a Private Class. Certified
Yoga Therapist Luna Anita Perkins will help you create
a home yoga practice that works for *YOU*. $40 per Session,
or 8 sessions $295.
All group classes are limited to 6 students maximum,
to ensure individual attention. Yoga Therapist Luna
Anita Perkins is a Certified Yoga Teacher at the highest
level of training, with nearly 20 years Yoga practice
and 10 years experience as a Yoga Teacher. Learn Yoga
in a Peaceful, Positive environment with a Highly Qualified
instructor. You are worth it!

GROUP YOGA CLASSES:
Kid & Family Yoga
Fridays 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Playful, fun class for all ages. Parents are welcome
to participate. Stretching, strengthening, games, songs,
imagination, feeling good in our bodies, learning to
focus and balance our minds, and beginning meditation.
Pre-registration required. $8/student, or call for family
rate.
Mama-Baby Yoga
Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 am
Getting back in shape after childbirth is fun with Yoga!
Enjoy strengthening, stretching, and stress reduction
for moms and babies together. Meet other new moms, too!
Babies welcome from age 2 weeks until fully mobile.
6 weeks $60, or Drop-in $12.
Prenatal Yoga
Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Stretching, Strengthening, Breathing, and Relaxing prepare
you for a Healthy Pregnancy and Childbirth. No yoga
experience needed. Luna Anita Perkins is the mother
of two children born naturally and joyfully after much
prenatal yoga :) 6 weeks $60, or Drop-in $12.
Prenatal Yoga at PeaceHealth Riverbend
Thursdays 5:00 - 6:15 pm
Prenatal Yoga functions to ease the discomforts of pregnancy
and helps to prepare your body and mind for childbirth.
The practice of Yoga poses and breathing exercises increase
flexibility, strength, and balance, and creates a mind/body
connection beneficial during labor. Participants also
find great benefit in connecting with other pregnant
women. No yoga experience is necessary. Register online

Gentle Yoga
New series begins soon -- Call for details!
Gentle Yoga, including Stretching, Strengthening, and
