Gentle Yoga
- Gentle, healing yoga for everyone who needs
or wants a less challenging class, including beginners.
Stretching, strengthening, breathing, and relaxing
make everyone's body, mind, and spirit feel great!
All ages and abilities are welcome. |

Kid & Family Yoga - Young
children love to move, stretch, and play, and
so do their parents! Come join us for a fun, relaxing
series for your kids or your whole family. Children
will learn yoga and beginning meditation with
songs, games, animal adventures, and plenty of
imagination. |

Prenatal Yoga is an excellent
way to enjoy a healthy pregnancy, get to know
other expectant moms, and prepare for a healthy
childbirth. We will stretch and strengthen our
bodies, relax our minds, and learn breathing and
relaxation techniques for labor and childbirth.

Mama-Baby Yoga is a fun way
to get back into shape after childbirth, while
playing with your new baby and getting to know
other new moms. Mom & Baby Yoga is a wonderful
way for new moms to feel less stressed, stronger,
and more relaxed. |
