What is Hatha Yoga?

of personal development for body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga practice includes asanas (postures), pranayama
(breathing), relaxation, and meditation, as well as
healthy diet and ethical guidelines. In the yoga classes
at South Hills Yoga, you will practice effective techniques
for stretching, strengthening, breathing, and relaxation,
for complete rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit.
